The implementation scope includes administrative workflow automation across the Cumming School of Medicine, faculty and program offices, with governance oriented toward standardized evaluation forms and consolidated reporting to improve transparency across programs. This deployment is positioned to streamline administrative processes and enhance reporting and visibility for medical education stakeholders without specifying third party integrators or prior product migrations.

In 2016, the University of Calgary deployed Limnu under the Collaboration category across the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning. Limnu was provisioned on dozens of Collaboration Station touch-screen carts in teaching studios to support active learning and group work within the education/teaching process area. The Limnu deployment centered on shared whiteboarding functionality, enabling students to work in small groups, broadcast whiteboards to the full class, and preserve sketches for later reuse. Operational scope was campus focused and Canada based, with the Taylor Institute driving classroom-level rollout and integration into studio pedagogy. The implementation changed group workflows by enabling live collaborative sketching and classwide sharing, and it explicitly improved classroom collaboration and group workflows as reported by the institute.
