In 2024, FMGC France implemented SIGMA Talent Management to centralize Talent Management, HR and time management across its French operations. The deployment of SIGMA Talent Management focused on digitalizing recruitment, job description management, performance reviews and learning modules to support workforce planning.
The implementation configured modules for recruitment workflow automation, structured job description libraries, performance review cycles and a learning management component. Configuration emphasized manager self-service for approvals and reviews, and shift scheduling features were applied to reduce dependence on manual Excel processes and spreadsheets.
Operational coverage was explicitly across FMGC France sites and HR and operations teams, with talent and time management processes centralized into a single HR data repository. The project improved visibility and analytics by consolidating workforce data, enabling more coherent workforce planning and operational scheduling.
Implementation partner SIGMA-RH led the rollout, which included governance changes to empower managers via self-service and to standardize performance and learning workflows.
