In 2020, Foley contracted with XAPT Corporation to implement the Naxt Dealer Management Platform. Foley is a Caterpillar dealer serving New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware, Staten Island and Bermuda, and pursued the deployment under the Dealership Management category to consolidate dealer operations across parts, service and sales. The Naxt Dealer Management Platform implementation consolidated finance, parts, sales, rental, service, power systems, purchasing and HR onto a single cloud platform. Configuration emphasized common master data for parts and assets, sales to service workflow alignment, and unified transactions for rentals and parts, reflecting core Dealership Management functional capabilities. XAPT Corporation acted as vendor and implementation partner, and the project moved from contract in 2020 to a successful cloud go live on February 21, 2023. The cloud deployment provided centralized data access and operational consistency across Foley locations and business functions. Governance changes focused on centralized transaction processing and common operational workflows for parts, service and rentals to standardize processes across sites. The implementation improved cross department visibility and dealer productivity across multiple locations as reported.
