The project required expert integration work to combine the functionality of multiple finance and reporting systems into a single unified platform, executed remotely and subject to a short three month delay due to COVID-19. Operational coverage focused on the UK finance organization and board stakeholders, providing a unified view of financials for finance, commercial leadership, and executive reporting.
Project governance followed the formal tender outcomes, with collaborative delivery between The Folio Society and Sansa Solutions and ongoing support retained after go-live. Reported outcomes include month-end reporting shortening from fourteen working days to five and purchase ledger processing reducing from four days a week to three, and Sansa Solutions continues to provide support and implement further enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
