The work aligned the Oracle E-Business Suite application layer, Discoverer reporting, and the Crown workforce management application on a consolidated, optimized server and storage architecture.
A Test Manager Scrum Manager role led test management and scrum processes for the transition, coordinating application testing, integration validation, and cutover sequencing between infrastructure and application teams. Governance centered on structured testing cycles and sprint based coordination to validate the Oracle E-Business Suite deployment and the Crown Time & Attendance server tier before production cutover.
