In 2013 Foremost Farms implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform, initiating a cross-functional program to align manufacturing, distribution, and cost accounting on Oracle E-Business Suite. The program specifically addressed migration and reimplementation workstreams for Oracle Process Manufacturing and Production Scheduling, moving Oracle PS integration from Oracle 11i to Oracle R12.2.6 and executing both technical upgrade and functional reimplementation of Oracle Process Manufacturing from Release 11i to R12.
The deployment included functional modules and detailed configuration work, notably Oracle Process Manufacturing, Oracle PS 12.2.6, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning configured in 12.2.6 to operate with EBS 12.2.6, and Order Management. Configuration activities covered Standard Sourcing Rules for multi plant distribution, custom segregation of expired and delinquent lots within ASCP and OM, and a custom unbreakable batch to sales order pegging capability enforced in ASCP. The program also led a complete redesign of cost component classes and standard item cost, a product and ingredient redesign to support variable options, and stewardship of product cost roll and month end close processes for distribution and manufacturing.
Integrations and custom development were prominent, with Oracle PS 12.2.6 integrated to work with EBS 12.2.6 and R11i, and a conversion of Oracle OPM accounting engine into a newly designed custom OPM module. The team converted an existing production sequencing and batching tool into a new Self Designed Sequencing Workbench SSW, and designed the Custom Sequencing Workbench to replace ASCP functionality for batch release, sales order reservation, and capacity planning. DRP prototyping and demonstration work was completed as preparation for CRP 3 on 12.2.6.
Governance and process restructuring emphasized aligning formulas, recipes, and routings to the new Custom Workbench sequencing and batching model, and leading the OPM PMAC costing conversion to OPM standard costing. Implementation ownership covered manufacturing and distribution functions and required coordinated configuration, custom module development, and month end operational controls to embed Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial processes into ongoing operations.

| LabVantage Solutions | Legacy | LabVantage LIMS | Laboratory Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Foremost Farms implemented LabVantage LIMS as its Laboratory Management platform to centralize laboratory data and standardize testing across the cooperative. Prior to the project the company's laboratories had developed their own methods for data collection and storage, with patron milk sample data managed by distributed systems and ingredients laboratories relying on Excel spreadsheets, creating isolated datasets that were difficult to track or search. Foremost Farms committed IT and laboratory resources to project development and long term support, while specifying a user managed system that laboratory technicians could operate and configure without a permanently assigned IT person. The company required that screens and queries be configurable by end users after installation to support ongoing administration.
The LabVantage LIMS deployment focused on core Laboratory Management capabilities, including standardization of test methods and forms, sample lifecycle management, test result capture and validation, and lot level analysis for ingredient and product tracking. Configuration delivered user editable screens and query builders so laboratory technicians and quality staff could create and modify data views and reports without developer intervention. The implementation also targeted quick comparisons of test results to customer and regulatory specifications and the creation of information packages by marketing and technical departments to support customer communications. Workflow orchestration and instrument data capture patterns typical of Laboratory Management systems were applied to streamline lab processes.
Deployment consolidated previously siloed datasets into LabVantage LIMS, migrating spreadsheet based ingredient laboratory records and reconciling distributed patron sample data into a centralized, searchable repository. Operational coverage included Foremost Farms laboratories that handle patron milk sampling and ingredients testing, and extended to quality, regulatory reporting, marketing and technical departments that consume laboratory information. The LabVantage LIMS instance was positioned as the authoritative laboratory database to provide standardized records across sample types and testing programs.
Governance treated LabVantage LIMS as a corporate database with IT providing project level support and laboratories owning configuration and routine administration. Process changes emphasized standardized testing procedures, centralized product tracking, structured workflows for lot analysis and customer specification checking. The implementation prioritized user empowerment through configurable screens and queries to limit ongoing reliance on dedicated IT support for daily laboratory operations.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Foremost Farms deployed Cisco Webex Meetings on its corporate website to provide an Audio Video and Web Conferencing capability accessible to external stakeholders and internal teams. Cisco Webex Meetings is exposed via browser-based access on the website, enabling direct join flows for scheduled and ad hoc sessions without requiring a separate desktop client install.
The implementation leverages core Cisco Webex Meetings functionality, including multi-party video and audio, screen sharing, scheduling and host controls, participant management and session recording typical of Audio Video and Web Conferencing platforms. The deployment emphasizes browser client continuity and meeting orchestration to support customer and partner engagement directly from the public site.
Operationally the Webex Meetings deployment supports business functions such as corporate communications, sales engagement and operations collaboration across Foremost Farms, with governance considerations focused on meeting access controls, scheduling workflows and recording and retention policies common to enterprise conferencing. Cisco Webex Meetings is the primary Audio Video and Web Conferencing product referenced on the Foremost Farms website.
