Integrations were explicitly planned with Microsoft Fabric for enterprise analytics and Azure IoT Hub to bring sensor and production telemetry into the ERP and analytics layers, with machine learning models and data science pipelines layered on top to enable automated decision support. The scope covered Forza Steel manufacturing sites in Salinas Victoria and Guadalupe in Nuevo León and the recently expanded operation in Brownsville, Texas, supporting finance, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and customer experience across North America.
Kyndryl Consult led change management from discovery through go live to ensure employee adoption and process alignment, and migration sequencing targeted data migration to the cloud and operational stabilization before analytics enablement. Outcomes described by the project include a unified data and cloud ecosystem to enable real time analysis, automation of manufacturing processes, elevated operational productivity and an improved customer experience as Forza Steel advances its data driven strategy.
