In 2017, Foundation Wellness implemented Epicor Prophet 21 as its Distribution ERP to support core wholesale distribution operations for a roughly 200 person distributor. Epicor Prophet 21 was used to centralize inventory management, order management, purchasing workflows, and EDI transaction processing across the business, providing a single application backbone for distribution and e-commerce channels.
Configuration work focused on standard distribution modules within Epicor Prophet 21 and on custom automation for transaction mapping and data transformation. Custom development and scripting in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL and MySQL were used to extend capabilities, automate integrations, and manage data flows between Prophet 21 and front-end systems.
Integrations included EDI-based transaction mapping and management for trading partner flows, and direct integration with Magento e-commerce storefronts to market and sell product lines. The implementation context notes system administration, integration, mapping, and management for EDI-based transactions and processes within the Baan LN and Prophet 21 ERP systems, indicating operational linkage between ERP instances and the web storefront.
Operational ownership for the implementation and ongoing support resided in IT and applications development, with an Applications Programmer role active from August 2017 to June 2018 developing and maintaining the custom software, scripts, databases, and integration mappings. Governance centered on centralized EDI mapping and application administration to support distribution, e-commerce, and order processing business functions.

In 2016 Foundation Wellness implemented Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage to support Warehouse Management across its distribution and manufacturing operations. The deployment targeted warehouse operational control for a mid market organization of approximately 200 employees, with the WMS positioned to standardize receiving, inventory control, putaway, picking, shipping, and label generation workflows.
Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage was configured to handle core Warehouse Management capabilities, including transaction mapping, UCC 128 label creation per customer specifications, and integration ready formats for API, EDI, CSV and flat file exchanges.
