Operational coverage focused on recruitment and HR functions across Fowler Welch depots in the United Kingdom, with Recruitment and Retention Advisor Tom Walbank acting as the primary system owner and power user. The configuration supported high volume hiring workflows for frontline roles and enabled recruiters to manage candidate pipelines centrally while viewing application source at a glance. During the rollout Webrecruit iteratively delivered features identified by the client, and vendor account management provided ongoing transparent support.
