Pinpoint HIRE Interview Scheduling was configured to deliver automated interview scheduling, a resume comparison tool, reporting dashboards for talent pipeline visibility, hiring manager profiles, customizable workflows and templates, and streamlined job board posting. These functional modules were used to reduce manual steps in scheduling and to create repeatable hiring workflows that hiring managers and recruiters could adopt without extensive retraining.
The implementation integrated Certn for background checks and was selected specifically for its ability to interoperate with Franklin Electric’s existing HRIS and external job boards, supporting a connected talent stack.
