Governance and process structure emphasized end to end follow up from negotiating rates and signing contracts, to monitoring amendments and cancellations, to sending invoices, hotel vouchers and rooming lists to clients and hotels. The operational model included handling virtual credit card settlements and wire transfers, plus telephone and online first level support, embedding Expense Management controls into travel procurement and financial reconciliation processes.
