| Intuit | Legacy | Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | x | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, Freshii implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial application. The deployment established Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as the primary financial ledger for the Canada-based restaurant chain employing approximately 900 staff and reporting revenue of 23000000.
Configuration and functional scope centered on recording invoices and credit memos in Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise, with the system used for journal entries, maintaining inventory counts, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Finance staff were tasked with analyzing sales transactions for discrepancies and conducting necessary research to determine corrective action.
Operational notes indicate parallel transactional activity with Great Plains, where staff recorded invoices in Great Plains at a beginner level while Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise handled primary invoice and credit memo processing. This produced dual-system transaction workflows that required reconciliation and aligned posting procedures between the two systems.
The implementation impacted finance and operations teams through accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, inventory reconciliation, journal entry management and sales discrepancy investigation. Governance emphasis was placed on transaction level controls and documented steps for discrepancy remediation and investigative workflows.

In 2016, Freshii deployed Push HR as its Core HR application across six franchise locations in Vancouver to centralize HR, time tracking and payroll under a single SaaS onboarding. The Push HR deployment was implemented as a cloud-hosted Core HR instance to provide a unified employee record, centralized scheduling, digital onboarding workflows and timecard capture for hourly staff.
Push HR was configured to support payroll processing, scheduling, onboarding and time tracking modules, with point of sale integration to capture shift and attendance data for payroll validation. The implementation consolidated employee records and automated timecard approval and payroll batch preparation, reducing manual reconciliation and enabling faster pay runs.
Operational coverage included HR and store operations across the six Vancouver franchise sites, standardizing scheduling and onboarding processes for franchise managers and HR staff. Governance changes focused on centralized approvals and standardized timecard validation workflows to ensure consistent payroll inputs across locations.
The deployment produced measurable operational outcomes in Canada, reducing payroll processing from approximately 24 hours to about 15 minutes and saving about 567 hours per year in payroll and HR operations, according to the vendor case study.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle MICROS Simphony Cloud | Point Of Sale | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Freshii implemented Oracle MICROS Simphony Cloud to address its Point Of Sale requirements across franchise store operations. The deployment drew on configuration patterns from the Oracle Hospitality Micros software family, including Symphony 1, Symphony 2, and RES 3700, to standardize register behavior and menu configuration across branded locations.
Oracle MICROS Simphony Cloud was configured as a cloud-hosted POS backbone with store-level terminals paired to a centralized cloud management console, implementing register transactions, menu and price configuration, order routing, and enterprise reporting modules consistent with Point Of Sale systems. Configuration work emphasized franchise menu variants, store-level overrides, and terminal-level payment capture workflows to maintain consistent front-of-house operations.
Governance focused on centralized menu versioning, role-based access control for store managers and corporate operations, and phased franchise rollout packages with standardized configuration and training handoffs to onsite teams. Operational ownership rested with store operations and franchise support functions, using the Oracle MICROS Simphony Cloud management console to enforce change-control and compliance across sites.
