Configuration emphasized core accounting and inventory management modules within Aspen Canopy, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset ledgers, payroll processing, and commission computation. Implemented functional workflows aligned with these modules covered regular ledger maintenance, monthly journal entries, month-end and quarter-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements to support annual review and audit activities.
Explicit integration points included Microsoft Excel for reporting and data exchange, Taulia and Lavante as part of the payments and platform ecosystem, and Slack for operational communications.
