In 2018, Fujitsu Hong Kong implemented 8Manage HCM as an integrated platform to unify HR, timesheet and project-related workforce data across the organization in the Hong Kong region. The deployment used 8Manage HCM in the HCM category and centralized personnel, time capture and project assignment records into a single application instance supporting regional operations.
The implementation focused on the HCM module alongside timesheet and project workforce capabilities, with configuration to support mobile timesheet entry and role-based access for HR and project managers. 8Manage HCM was configured to harmonize employee master data, time and attendance records, and project allocation metadata to enable consistent downstream processing across HR and project management workflows.
Integrations targeted end-to-end data flows across HR, project management and CRM processes, aligning workforce records with project delivery and customer engagement records in Hong Kong. Governance changes included a centralized data model and adjusted timesheet submission and approval workflows, and the vendor case highlights improved mobile timesheet entry and end-to-end data integration across HR PM CRM processes following the deployment.
