In 2020, Fujitsu Japan deployed the UMU Enterprise Learning Platform, a Learning and Development solution, to accelerate sales enablement for its Finplex division. The implementation targeted seller onboarding and ongoing performance, configuring microlearning modules, AI coaching workflows and online role-play practice to simulate customer conversations and reinforce skills.
The deployment began as a four-person pilot and expanded to approximately 130 sales representatives in about a month, demonstrating rapid operational scale within the Finplex sales organization. Governance focused on staged onboarding and content cadence, embedding the UMU Enterprise Learning Platform sales-enablement module into onboarding and coaching workflows, and aligning assessments and practice sessions with seller performance goals.
