Auzmor Legacy Auzmor Learn Learning and Development HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Furniture Fair implemented Auzmor Learn to support Learning and Development for retail sales enablement and onboarding across its Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana stores. The deployment launched in August 2021 with a full rollout by September 2021, and targeted a three day onboarding path to standardize new hire ramp for store sales teams. This was an HR and learning use case operating in the United States focused on retail sales and onboarding workflows. The implementation leveraged Auzmor Learn onboarding, sales training, and event and blended learning features, configured to deliver structured learning paths, instructor led event scheduling, and self paced modules for store associates. Course configurations included role based progression and assessment checkpoints consistent with Learning and Development practices, enabling standardized content and certification gates across the store footprint. The platform was administered centrally by the HR learning team to maintain consistent course content and schedules. Governance prioritized reducing travel and standardizing training delivery, shifting portions of event delivery to blended formats and central course management to enforce consistency. Operational scope covered HR, store management, and sales teams across the multi state retail footprint, with rollout sequencing that began in August 2021 and completed by September 2021. Outcomes explicitly included reduced travel and a standardized training path that enabled a three day onboarding experience for new sales associates.
