In 2021, G-CON implemented G&A ATS, a private-label Applicant Tracking System delivered by G&A Partners as part of the provider’s client HR platform. The deployment aligns with G&A Partners’ 2021 rollout of a private-label PrismHR Hiring HiringThing based ATS, and the G&A ATS is used to standardize recruiting intake and candidate lifecycle management for G-CON.
The implementation of G&A ATS focused on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including requisition management, candidate sourcing and tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communication and offer generation, with configuration to hand off new hires into G&A-managed onboarding. Functional workflows were configured to support recruiter and hiring manager collaboration, candidate status routing, and the automated creation of onboarding records to reduce manual data entry between recruiting and HR intake.
Operationally the G&A ATS is embedded within G-CON’s vendor-managed HR model, aligning recruiting and hiring workflows with the outsourced HR, benefits, payroll and onboarding services that G-CON consumes from G&A Partners. The scope of use is recruitment and HR operations for G-CON’s United States sites, with the system serving as the front-end for new hire processing into the provider’s payroll and onboarding administration.
Governance centered on centralized vendor administration and standardized hiring processes, with G&A Partners provisioning and managing the private-label ATS configuration and candidate-to-onboard handoffs. G&A Partners’ HR, benefits, payroll and onboarding services helped G-CON scale from about 8 to approximately 260 employees and streamlined payroll and benefits administration, outcomes that are tied to the integrated HR and recruiting services surrounding the G&A ATS.
