In 2014, G-Form deployed Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial system. The deployment centralized core accounting for the 70 employee consumer packaged goods company, aligning general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation and financial reporting in a single application. Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise was configured to handle multiuser access, role based permissions and to support billing and order to cash workflows that tie sales activity to inventory movements. The implementation targeted finance, operations and sales back office functions within the United States.
Configuration work focused on chart of accounts standardization, transactional posting rules, automated journal entries and inventory management workflows typical of ERP Financial environments. Governance was formalized through defined month end close procedures, reconciliations and audit trail controls, and the system was instrumented to produce operational and management reports for finance stakeholders. G-Form used Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise to unify transactional finance operations, inventory accounting and reporting, establishing a consistent financial operations baseline for subsequent growth.
