In 2023, G6 Hospitality implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial platform and moved its on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite financial applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The implementation covered core financials and reporting capabilities for the Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands, supporting a network of roughly 1,500 locations across the United States and Canada and consolidating finance and brand performance workflows into a cloud operational model.
G6 engaged Oracle partner Perficient to deploy the Oracle E-Business Suite Analytics Cloud Accelerator, a prebuilt solution that uses Oracle Analytics Cloud together with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse to provide hundreds of prebuilt KPIs, dashboards, and reports. The configuration emphasized interactive dashboards and ad hoc reporting for finance and brand performance teams, enabling self-service analytics and faster reconciliation workflows.
The implementation integrated billing and revenue processes with operational sources by pulling occupancy and related data from a third-party property management system and a CRM platform into a custom schema consumed by Oracle E-Business Suite, analytics, and reporting layers. Teams are also laying groundwork to connect Amazon Web Services hosted data to Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, and the platform roadmap includes Oracle Digital Assistant enabled natural language queries for executive access to operational metrics.
Operational governance focused on shifting reporting cadence and access, moving long-running overnight financial extracts that previously took 10 to 12 hours to run down to approximately 40 minutes, which provided near real-time visibility for billing. Reported outcomes include improved billing accuracy and reduced franchise disputes, elimination of planned downtime for updates and maintenance, a 36 percent reduction in software license fees, and the ability to scale compute resources on demand, with primary benefits realized by finance, reconciliation, and franchise-facing teams.

| iCIMS | Legacy | iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, G6 Hospitality implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as part of a staged rebuild of its recruiting infrastructure. The deployment was one component of a broader redesign of recruiting team, processes and systems that included two ATS implementations, iCIMS and Workday.
The iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System deployment focused on requisition management, candidate tracking, configurable approval workflows, automated sourcing workflows and recruiting analytics typical of an Applicant Tracking System. Configuration work emphasized requisition templates, pipeline stage definitions, interview scheduling workflows and recruiter and hiring manager collaboration features.
Operational rollout targeted enterprise recruiting functions and included live workshops and enterprise Webex sessions for the organization. Recruiting leadership acted as the ATS design and testing authority and led rollout training through facilitated workshops and virtual sessions to align hiring managers and recruiters.
Governance changes accompanied the technical implementation, the company redesigned hiring processes, centralized requisition intake and established design, testing and training ownership to standardize hiring workflow across sites. Process controls and structured recruiter training were used to institutionalize the new workflows and to support ongoing ATS configuration management.
Post implementation outcomes were documented, and G6 Hospitality received a 2019 CEO award for a 60% reduction in requisitions, a Days to Fill reduction of 27% and a Days to Source reduction of 40%. The subsequent Workday implementation extended recruiting leadership responsibilities for ATS design and testing and included enterprise rollout training delivered by the same recruiting lead.

| Sojern | Legacy | Sojern | Guest Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2024 | 2024 |
In 2024, G6 Hospitality implemented Sojern as a Guest Management application. The deployment links the Sojern Guest Experience Platform with HotelKey’s Property Management System to enable AI-driven guest engagement and operational workflows at G6 Hospitality properties.
The Sojern implementation centers on Sojern’s Guest Experience Platform, the AI Concierge, and the Reputation Manager, delivering personalized guest communications, reputation monitoring, and guest engagement workflows. The configuration emphasizes automated guest messaging and ancillaries promotion to support direct bookings, while also using essential operational data to streamline housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and labor management.
Integration architecture is anchored on a native connection between Sojern and HotelKey PMS, leveraging HotelKey’s central reservations, point-of-sale, and event and activity management modules to supply reservation, transaction, and itinerary signals into Sojern. This integration enables cross-functional data flows between front desk, guest services, operations, and revenue teams to drive personalization and ancillary offers.
Governance for the rollout emphasized collaborative model tuning with operator teams to align AI Concierge behavior to property-specific requirements, and a minimal-data requirement approach to accelerate onboarding. Reported outcomes in the vendor announcement include elevated guest satisfaction scores, increased ancillary revenue generation, and higher direct bookings, reflecting the combined Sojern and HotelKey Guest Management capability.
