| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Gainsight implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize core financial operations and reporting within the ERP Financial category. The deployment targeted global accounting and finance processes for the professional services organization, aligning finance operations across offices in California, Phoenix, St. Louis, London, and India while supporting a remote-friendly workforce.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP configuration included core general ledger, multi entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed asset capabilities configured to support the global month end close and consolidated financial reporting. Gainsight implemented automation for scheduled journal entries, canned analysis reports, and capitalization workflows for internal use software development costs, and instrumented controls to support SOX compliance and annual audit readiness.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with Shareworks for share based compensation accounting and Xactly for commission expense and reporting, with those feeds tied into journal entry automation and consolidation routines. The program also encompassed accounting integrations to support M&A transaction accounting, corporate tax and statutory filing workflows across US and international entities, and coordinated data flows between US and India accounting teams and outsourced consultants in two additional countries.
Governance emphasized centralized month end close ownership by the Director of Accounting, regular reconciliations, technical accounting collaboration for complex transactions, and ongoing optimization of ERP accounting functionality through automation and reporting. Oracle NetSuite ERP was positioned to support Gainsight accounting and finance business functions, providing the transactional and consolidation backbone for global financial operations.

| Greenhouse | Legacy | Greenhouse ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Gainsight implemented Greenhouse ATS as its core Applicant Tracking System. The implementation centralized recruiting for the professional services firm, covering its United States operations and supporting a headcount of approximately 1,200 employees.
Greenhouse ATS was configured to support standard recruiting modules including job requisition management, candidate tracking, structured interview scheduling, scorecards, offer management, and pipeline reporting. Configuration work emphasized role based access for recruiters and hiring managers and deployment of structured hiring workflows to standardize selection processes.
Gainsight deployed Greenhouse MX on its public website to publish open roles and capture applicants directly into Greenhouse ATS, creating a direct integration between the careers site and the Applicant Tracking System. Operational ownership rested with Talent Acquisition and HR, with hiring managers consuming scorecards and interview feedback inside the ATS.
Governance focused on standardized scorecard templates, approval gates on requisitions, and centralized reporting to provide consistent hiring workflows and auditability across the organization.
