In 2019 Gambling Commission implemented Webrecruit ATS as part of a coordinated HR technology program. The deployment was executed to stabilise an existing Sage Salesforce Fairsail HR implementation and to align recruitment workflows with payroll integration objectives for iTrent Payroll.
Webrecruit ATS was configured to provide core Applicant Tracking System capabilities including vacancy management, candidate lifecycle tracking, and multi stage approval workflows. The implementation was aligned with design and build work for a UX Self Service People Portal and the system configuration supported the introduction of an annual performance management process.
Integration work explicitly linked the Webrecruit ATS to the broader HRIS landscape, aligning data flows and process handoffs with Sage and Salesforce Fairsail HR components and with iTrent Payroll. A focused data cleanse addressed legacy issues prior to cutover and the rollout concentrated on HR and People Services operational coverage rather than enterprise wide deployment.
Governance and process transformation accompanied the technical implementation, with process mapping and a revised People Services delivery model driven by focus group led design. Documented successes from the program include stabilisation of the HRIS initiative, design and build of the UX Self Service People Portal, transformation of the recruitment service and approval model, and system design and implementation of the annual performance management process.
