Operational coverage included both forecourt and convenience store functions, aligning promotion logic, transaction capture and inventory feeds under Infinity POS Systems. Governance and process adjustments focused on centralized promotion orchestration and granting store owners access to standardized management information, improving operational visibility at site level. The program delivered improved management information, targeted promotions and greater operational visibility for store owners as reported.
