Integration activities focused on unifying maintenance data within the Yardi ecosystem by connecting Yardi Advanced Maintenance to Elevate and Voyager based modules such as Maintenance IQ, Forecast IQ, and Revenue IQ. Operational coverage included direct support for 26 maintenance and service staff and indirect support for roughly 70 multifamily property management staff, with company staff providing help desk support to Yardi end users. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, with new purchasing and requisition policies, employee discipline and progressive action procedures, and standardized onboarding and offboarding tied to system access. Chief of Staff oversight coordinated the implementation alongside HUD compliance workflows, paperless HRIS documentation, and capital planning, positioning Yardi Advanced Maintenance to support ongoing maintenance operations, capital forecasting, and compliance-related processes.
