In 2024, GEDU Services implemented Zoho Bookings to automate interview and campus-tour scheduling as part of its student onboarding and recruitment process, deploying an Interview Scheduling solution to formalize appointment intake and coordination across partner universities. The rollout replaced Calendly and focused on standardizing booking flows for prospective students and campus visitors to reduce scheduling friction during admissions cycles.
Zoho Bookings was configured to provide dedicated booking pages for interview types and campus tours, time-slot and calendar management, and automated confirmations and reminders aligned with recruitment calendars. Governance and process changes included centralized scheduling policies and standardized booking rules to minimize overlap and reduce double-bookings, improving visibility into interview pipelines and streamlining onboarding handoffs. Reported outcomes were improved interview visibility, fewer double-bookings, and a more streamlined onboarding process across university partnerships following the Zoho Bookings deployment.
