| Nemetschek Group | Legacy | Crem Solutions Spacewell BIM | Building Information Modeling | PLM and Engineering | CREM SOLUTIONS | 2024 | 2024 | In 2024, Gelsenwasser implemented Crem Solutions Spacewell BIM to support a targeted energy management initiative across its German operations. The deployment was centered on the Spacewell Energy Dexma energy-management solution, delivered with CREM SOLUTIONS, to centralize energy monitoring and analytics and to support the company s carbon neutrality goals. Although recorded under the Building Information Modeling category, the implementation emphasized energy-management modules rather than traditional BIM modeling. Key functional capabilities deployed included continuous energy monitoring, time series ingestion from meters, benchmarking across sites, anomaly detection, and operational analytics dashboards, with configuration focused on meter normalization and automated alerting logic. Architecturally the solution consolidated meter telemetry and analytics into a central platform, enabling real time meter integration from Gelsenwasser s main facilities in Germany and providing a single pane for facilities and energy teams. The implementation integrated facility metering streams with the Spacewell Energy environment and provisioned role based dashboards and reporting for sustainability and operations stakeholders. Governance and rollout used a pilot first approach, CREM SOLUTIONS acting as implementation partner for the pilot that validated operational workflows and data models. The pilot demonstrated measurable operational insight and opened the door for a wider roll out, with governance oriented around central energy data ownership, operational escalation paths from anomaly detection, and staged expansion to additional sites. |
