Operational coverage for the Infor SunSystems rollout included treasury duties across five bank accounts, daily bank reconciliations, and daily reporting of cash received to the business. The finance configuration supported management of payments outside of the Purchase Ledger and active monitoring of cash flow to ensure coverage for payroll and other large payments, with reconciliations performed for barrister payments received through Worldpay and Sage Pay as part of regular finance processes.
Governance and rollout oversight was delivered through project management for both the SunSystems introduction and the Proactis purchase order implementation, establishing accountable ownership for treasury, payments and reconciliation workflows within the Finance Department. Documentation and day to day operational control centred on daily reconciliation and reporting rhythms to sustain the ERP Financial operating model.
