In 2018 General Mills UK implemented SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as its Data Warehouse to onboard the Yoplait business and align reporting and planning processes with its other brands. The engagement was scoped as an 18 month full lifecycle project covering pre planning, blueprinting, implementation, testing, go live and hyper support and focused on standardizing demand chain and financial planning workflows across brands.
