In 2013 Genesis Logistics deployed Realware Total CMS as its Content Management platform to support commerce and client facing web portals for logistics and e commerce customers. The engagement with vendor Realware centered on commerce and web platform development to support client facing logistics portals serving customers in the United States and broader North America markets.
The Realware Total CMS implementation focused on content management for digital storefronts and portal experiences, using templated storefront pages, catalog driven content elements, and content authoring and publishing workflows to support sales and operations users. Configuration work emphasized role based access and content lifecycle controls to separate marketing authored content from operations and client success updates.
Integrations were implemented to connect portal content with customer order and fulfillment systems and with e commerce backends for large customers, improving the synchronization of catalog and transactional content. Operational scope targeted customer facing processes across Genesis Logistics accounts in North America, aligning portal content with commerce workflows and logistics service information.
Governance changes included defined content ownership between marketing, operations, and account teams, and a phased portal rollout to onboard large customer storefronts. The project delivered improved digital storefront capabilities and stronger integrations for enterprise customers, reflecting Realware Total CMS use for Content Management in a small transportation firm environment.
