Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Genji Incorporated implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial backbone and extended the system with a mobile sales capture layer. At each location, monthly stock counts and weekly orders had been collected on paper and an administrative assistant was responsible for gathering those forms and re-entering the information into the Microsoft Dynamics GP back office. Genji engaged jLAN Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Partner, to deploy jLAN Mobile Sales Software together with Apple iPad tablets, provisioning mobile order capture and inventory counting at the store level. The implementation configured jLAN Mobile Sales Software to capture sales orders and stock count transactions on iPad hardware, aligning mobile forms and data fields with Microsoft Dynamics GP master data and transaction formats. The technical integration focused on synchronizing mobile-collected sales and inventory records into the Microsoft Dynamics GP back office, creating a direct data path between store devices and ERP financial ledgers and inventory tables. Deployment covered each retail location, establishing a consistent mobile-to-ERP workflow for order capture and count reconciliation while retaining Microsoft Dynamics GP as the central record of financial and inventory transactions. Operational governance realigned field workflows to tablet-based capture, and administrative processes were updated to ingest synchronized ERP data rather than re-key paper forms. The project emphasized configuration of mobile forms, data mapping to Microsoft Dynamics GP, and operational rollout across locations to standardize order entry and stock counting within the ERP Financial environment.

Dayforce Legacy Ceridian Dayforce HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2013 2007
In 2013 Genji Incorporated implemented Ceridian Dayforce HCM to centralize Core HR and payroll operations across its United States workforce. The deployment consolidated biweekly payroll processing for more than 600 exempt and nonexempt employees in multiple states and established Ceridian Dayforce HCM as the system of record for HR and payroll data. Ceridian Dayforce HCM was configured to handle full payroll lifecycle activities including raises, bonuses, off cycle paychecks, and the electronic importing of timesheets, while supporting HRIS employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers. The implementation included payroll result auditing workflows and the generation of payroll, HR, and general ledger reports to support finance and HR reporting needs. Operational governance centered on the HR Department, which managed all HRIS and payroll employee updates within the Ceridian database and retained oversight responsibilities. Staff training and day to day oversight were part of the program, with HR personnel responsible for processing updates, auditing payroll outcomes, and provisioning reports to payroll, HR, and general ledger stakeholders.
