Operational integration included direct connectivity with UltiPro for HR and payroll information flow and routine use of Microsoft Suites for office productivity and reporting exports. The ERP supported finance, payroll and project management functions, with finance staff proactively following up with project managers and clients on aging receivables as part of accounts receivable governance. Governance changes formalized centralized invoicing, voucher review and accounts payable processing, and instituted controls for prevailing wage compliance submissions. Operational scale is reflected in stated monthly mean receivables of $1,000,000 and ongoing payroll processing responsibilities, and the rollout delivered a paperless ERP process across invoicing and reporting functions.
