In 2015, Geofizyka Torun implemented Unit4 Teta ERP as its ERP Financial platform, establishing a centralized finance and operations application across the organization. The Unit4 Teta ERP rollout targeted core transactional processing and record keeping to provide a single system of record for financial control and operational modules.
The implementation encompassed discrete functional modules including finance, logistics, and property management, together with an electronic document workflow built into the TETA environment. The project included creation of functional extensions and custom business logic using PL/SQL and C# to address procurement to pay and fixed asset workflows, and development of reporting layers for operational and financial visibility.
Unit4 Teta ERP was operated alongside enterprise Oracle databases, with administration of Oracle 12c, 18c and 19c noted as part of the application stack, and the deployment referenced the TETA ERP Constellation application tier. Complementary systems and tooling were integrated into the solution landscape, including a wealth management application built with Oracle APEX, workflow orchestration using Camunda, and report rendering with Jasper Reports, plus reporting outputs produced via Excel, VBA, PL/SQL, C# and Crystal Reports.
Governance and operationalization were handled by the internal IT team in Torun, Poland, which managed the implementation of the electronic document workflow, provided TETA ERP user support and training, and retained responsibility for ongoing administration and customization. The internal team executed system customization, workflow-based extensions and user enablement to embed Unit4 Teta ERP into finance, logistics and property management processes.

| UNIT4 | Legacy | Unit4 Teta HR | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Geofizyka Torun implemented Unit4 Teta HR as its Core HR application. The implementation targeted the company HR function supporting roughly 1,000 employees in the Oil, Gas and Chemicals sector and was deployed into the organization’s managed IT estate rather than an external SaaS-only footprint.
Unit4 Teta HR was configured to provide core HR capabilities including personnel administration, organizational structure management, absence and leave handling, and personnel recordkeeping. Time and attendance integration was established with the existing Teta RCP environment to consolidate clocking and roster data into the Core HR record set, and standard HR lifecycle workflows were automated to streamline hiring, transfers, and terminations.
The implementation was integrated with on-premises infrastructure components already administered by the internal IT team, including Active Directory for user authentication and account provisioning, Office 365 and MS Teams for reporting and collaboration, and endpoint controls such as Eset Mobile and DesLOCK for device security. Operational governance relied on first and second line support processes, server and network administration, technical documentation and testing routines maintained by the internal IT organization, with change requests and defect reporting coordinated between IT and HR stakeholders.

| Asterisk | Legacy | Asterisk PBX | PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems | Collaboration | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Geofizyka Torun implemented Asterisk PBX to centralize corporate telephony and deliver SIP-based call control within the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category. The Asterisk PBX deployment provided core dialplan management and session control for enterprise voice services.
The implementation used Linux servers hosting Asterisk PBX instances on VMware virtual infrastructure, with configuration focused on SIP channel provisioning, dialplan logic, voicemail and conferencing capabilities. System design emphasized Linux system administration, VoIP protocol handling and configuration automation consistent with PBX operational patterns.
Network architecture integrated Cisco switches and routers for LAN and WAN connectivity and quality of service, Fortinet UTM, FortiMail and FortiAnalyzer appliances for perimeter security and mail flow monitoring, and IPSec and VPNSSL tunnels to extend voice connectivity to remote locations. Monitoring and operational telemetry for the telephony stack were tied into Zabbix or Nagios style monitoring, and user provisioning and authentication workflows referenced MS Active Directory and standard database services.
Operational governance reflected the documented hiring requirements, requiring an administrator with tertiary IT education, at least three years of relevant experience, advanced knowledge in network configuration and security, and readiness to diagnose and remediate VoIP issues. The rollout placed shared ownership between network and systems teams, with emphasis on Linux, virtualization, backup and database awareness and baseline alignment to ISO 27001 security controls.
