Operational coverage included ingestion from 25 plus subsidiary data sources into the centralized lake, supporting data engineering and analytics teams responsible for reporting across the United States. Integrations were implemented at the data source and landing zone level, with StreamSets Data Collector operating as the runtime ingestion engine feeding downstream analytics consumers. Governance centered on centralizing ingestion patterns and enforcing schema controls through the StreamSets Data Collector pipelines, standardizing how subsidiary feeds are onboarded and maintained. The project delivered a large increase in ingestion throughput and much faster access to analytics-ready data, improving the timeliness and consistency of reporting.
