In 2022, getAbstract implemented Monday.com Jobflows as an applicant tracking system to centralize hiring workflows. The deployment of Monday.com Jobflows was executed inside the companys existing monday.com environment for HR and recruiting in Switzerland, and the implementation targeted active management of four concurrent recruitments.
The implementation configured core Recruiting capabilities including candidate tracking, pipeline stage management, and automated candidate communication to reduce manual touchpoints. Monday.com Jobflows' ATS functionality was used to create standardized recruiting boards, automate notifications and candidate status changes, and consolidate applicant records and hiring notes into a single operational workspace.
Execution was internal, with the chief product officer provisioning and configuring the application rather than an external implementation partner, and rollout focused on the recruiting team within Switzerland. Operational coverage included end to end recruiter workflows, candidate outreach automation, and visibility for hiring stakeholders across the organization.
Governance centered on centralized hiring workflows and standardized process states to improve cross functional coordination between talent acquisition and hiring managers. Outcomes reported in the cited case study include reduced recruiter workload, improved visibility into active searches, and automation of candidate communication with Monday.com Jobflows serving as the primary Recruiting application in the monday.com tenant.
