Governance and operational rollout emphasized expectations alignment, user training and ownership by the finance team, with the SI facilitating process mapping and configuration reviews. The project outcome included a completed migration to Sage Intacct and a positive implementation experience as described by Gibault leadership, with the new ERP Financial system positioned to support ongoing accounting and reporting operations.
