Mitrefinch HR Manager was configured to manage organizational structure, employee records, absence and leave management, and standard HR processes, while leveraging role-based access and workflow automation to streamline approvals and data updates. The implementation aligned Core HR data models with time and attendance feeds to retain single-source employee identities, reflecting typical Core HR integration patterns for workforce time capture and payroll readiness. In Oct 2021 to Mar 2022 an Interim HRIS PM and SME was engaged to produce a strategic options paper, the objective was to assess whether to improve integration between existing Mitrefinch HR, time and attendance and a Frontier payroll system or to move to a fully integrated solution. That advisory work was delivered remotely from Newry, Northern Ireland and focused on integration architecture choices, data reconciliation workflows, and governance required between HR and payroll functions.
