The project included conceptualizing and designing workflow process modifications to improve departmental effectiveness, and implementing coding and client master data setup inside SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to align booking and settlement rules.
Operational integration included using Aries System and Megaworld Accounting System for coding and client setup activities, administering bulk data setup by uploading standardized templates into the new system, and collaborating with FPTI to meet implementation timelines. Marketing and affiliates workflows for inventory and sales booking were included in the operational scope, with sales and inventory reporting produced in Excel and PowerPoint for senior executive decision making.
Governance and rollout relied on cross functional coordination between finance, marketing and sales, with immediate supervisors and managers engaged to define pricing research and promotional term recommendations that were embedded into the configured workflows.
