In 2018, Goldberg Realty implemented Inhabit Anyone Home CRM as its Construction CRM to centralize contact and lead management for its leasing and property management operations. Goldberg Realty uses multiple computer systems and platforms including Yardi, Leonardo, Anyone Home CRM, Inventory Reports, Rent Café and background and screening reports, and the implementation was scoped to align the new CRM with those existing data sources. Inhabit Anyone Home CRM was provisioned as the primary CRM instance for tenant and prospect lifecycle management and was configured to support standard Construction CRM capabilities including contact and lead capture, applicant screening orchestration, lease tracking, inventory-linked unit management and reporting.
Configuration work focused on modules for lead routing and assignment, applicant screening integration, lease and move-in workflow automation, inventory and unit status synchronization and role based access for leasing staff and property managers. The deployment emphasized canonical data models for tenants and units, configurable workflow rules for screening and leasing approvals, and reporting views that surfaced inventory reports and screening outcomes alongside prospect pipelines.
Integrations were implemented to synchronize tenant, lease and inventory data with Yardi and Rent Café, to exchange unit and inventory status with Inventory Reports, to incorporate screening results from background and screening reports, and to coordinate with Leonardo for applicable operational feeds. Governance established centralized data ownership and role definitions for leasing agents, property management and screening teams, with standardized workflows for applicant intake, screening adjudication and lease execution to reduce data fragmentation across systems.
