Automation of quote generation and resource allocation was applied to streamline operational tasks consistent with Event Management functional workflows. Operational coverage extended across events operations, commercial sales, vendor management and finance teams, consolidating booking records and vendor assignments for multiple concurrent events across the estate. The platform centralized supplier records and inventory status to support venue turnaround and multi event scheduling. Governance and process changes focused on standardising enquiry routing, quote templates and approval gates to enforce financial compliance for international clients, while CRM led workflows improved vendor coordination and assignment. These changes created a consistent operational model for booking intake, vendor contracting and inventory allocation under a single Event Management system. As reported in the vendor case study, the iVvy Event Management implementation improved quote response times, vendor coordination and financial compliance for international clients. Goodwood iVvy Event Management Event Management connected event operations, commercial booking and finance functions across the estate to provide a unified operational backbone.
