The architecture emphasized service level integration points between Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and external operational systems, enabling synchronized inventory, order and financial data flows. Governance and programme management included an internal technical solutions architect reporting to the programme steering committee, designing the internal integration strategy and aligning business processes with technical constraints. The technical role coordinated solution reviews, ensured architectural scalability and defined integration patterns and delivery sequencing to support phased rollout and operational handover. The engagement concentrated on implementation architecture, integration design and data migration planning for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as an ERP Financial platform, with responsibilities centered on integration architecture design and delivery, data migration strategy and business process alignment to support ongoing finance and operations functions.
