Wipro Ltd. served as the implementation partner with a six month engagement led by a project manager, staffed by a thirty person team. Project governance included standard implementation phases such as requirement definition, configuration, testing, cutover planning and knowledge transfer, executed under Wipro project management oversight for Oracle Apps R12.
