Operational coverage targeted the Tamil Nadu Treasury department and its statewide financial processes, embedding Oracle E-Business Suite into day to day treasury transaction handling and fiscal recording. The project emphasized functional alignment between treasury workflows and the ERP Financial application to support centralized state level financial administration. Wipro Ltd. served as the implementation partner with a six month engagement led by a project manager, staffed by a thirty person team. Project governance included standard implementation phases such as requirement definition, configuration, testing, cutover planning and knowledge transfer, executed under Wipro project management oversight for Oracle Apps R12.
