The implementation also built an AP Payment bulk upload mechanism to support all SEA countries, integrating regional payment execution into Oracle Cloud ERP. Governance and rollout were driven by mapping documentation, templated configuration uploads, and structured knowledge transfer, with updated training materials and a main Payables train the trainer program delivered to end users. The Assistant Manager Finance Operations Support & Services served as one of the P2P leads, overseeing vendor master migration, template preparation, and readiness activities for cutover. Oracle Cloud ERP went live in July 2018, after which selected agents were designated as Payables subject matter experts to handle ticketing and user queries. The deployment emphasized template driven configuration, disciplined data migration, and localized AP payment automation to support regional finance operations.
