Operational coverage extended across Group HR and payroll oversight, with the HR team managing SAP Litmos e-Learning alongside the UKG Workforce Central HR deployment for learning administration and compliance tracking. The initiative established a coordinated operational relationship between Core HR administration and Group Payroll functions to streamline HR to payroll handoffs.
Governance was driven by the Group Human Resources Manager who led strategic people direction and managed the rollout, enhancements, and operational HR advice.
