FLot Legacy Flot Platform Loan Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2025 2025
In 2025, Grace Mobility Cote D'Ivoire implemented the Flot Platform for Loan Management. The engagement accompanied Flot supplying Wuling Bingo Plus vehicles and launching a 36 month daily payment ownership program for ride hailing drivers in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, with operational focus on enabling drivers to acquire vehicle ownership and transition to electric mobility. Grace Mobility Cote D'Ivoire configured the Flot Platform to manage the end to end loan lifecycle, applying Loan Management capabilities such as loan origination, credit scoring and underwriting, daily payment scheduling, account servicing, repayment reconciliation, and delinquency monitoring. The Flot Platform was used to structure 36 month amortization profiles aligned to daily collections, automate customer account statements and payment posting, and implement enrollment workflows and credit assessment rules that reflect driver cash flow patterns. Rollout instituted operational handoffs between vehicle delivery, field operations, and finance teams, and established governance around documented credit criteria, payment acceptance channels, and audit trails for financed Wuling Bingo Plus vehicles. The program explicitly targeted ride hailing drivers in Abidjan and resulted in drivers becoming vehicle owners while transitioning to electric mobility, reflecting the partnership objectives stated by the parties.
