In 2015, Gracenote implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to centralize ERP Financial reporting across its corporate finance organization. The deployment was scoped to produce and standardize monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, explicitly Monthly Variance, Quarterly Rolling Forecast, and Annual Budget deliverables.
Reporting capabilities were configured using Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Statement Generator and GL Wand from Excel4apps to create drillable Excel reports. The implementation included design and development of both standard and customized financial reports, such as P&L by Vertical, Revenue by Region, and Board Slides, leveraging FSG report definitions and GL Wand driven extraction for transaction level drill paths.
Operational coverage extended to support cross functional departments with discrete reporting needs, including Travel Expenses, Consulting Costs, Capitalized Projects, and Facilities Spending, and interfaced with corporate finance, FP&A, and accounting workflows. The work encompassed report template development, automated report generation schedules, and maintenance of drillability into general ledger data.
Governance focused on managing reporting processes and procedures, establishing report ownership, consolidation cadence, and version control to sustain monthly, quarterly, and annual packages. Oracle E-Business Suite remains the core Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial platform for Gracenote financial reporting and management information.

In 2020, Gracenote deployed Lever by Employ as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting and support Talent Acquisition. The implementation replaced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and positioned Lever by Employ as the primary platform for job posting and candidate lifecycle management.
Lever by Employ was configured with core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including requisition management, job posting, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and offer management. The deployment used standard SaaS configuration controls to define hiring stages, custom pipeline fields, and role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers, with Lever by Employ serving as the system of record for candidate data.

Operational coverage focused on Talent Acquisition and hiring manager workflows, with inbound application flows routed into Lever for review and collaboration.
Governance work included migration of active candidate records from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, establishment of standardized hiring workflows, and configuration of approval gates and access controls to align recruiting processes. Training and phased adoption were organized for recruiting teams to align recruiting operations with the new Applicant Tracking System.
