The deployment focused on Core HR capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, centralizing employee master records, demographic and employment information, and lifecycle events. The team produced a detailed integration mapping blueprint to harmonise data fields, record lifecycles, and Core HR workflows for hire through termination events. Automation priorities included eliminating manual rekeying and securing sensitive personal data across HR processes.
Integration work explicitly connected Employee Central with payroll systems, notably Youforce Payroll provided by Visma Raet, and with multiple downstream systems that consume people data. The technical integration was specified and built by a multi‑party team comprising GrandVision IT, GrandVision HR, Visma Raet, and implementation partner iXerv, with iXerv delivering the integration mapping and secure data handoffs. The resulting architecture centralized authoritative people data in Employee Central while enabling point to point integrations governed by the mapping blueprint.
Governance and rollout emphasized structured cross‑vendor communications and coordination, reflecting a lesson learned that well managed communications are critical when more than two principal parties are involved.
