CSI Legacy CSI Meridian.NET Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2010 2011
In 2010 Great Plains National Bank implemented CSI Meridian.NET as its Core Banking platform. Deployment targeted the bank's loan operations including the Southlake, TX loan office, and supported teams responsible for commercial and consumer lending, loan servicing, and customer account research. CSI Meridian.NET was configured to support loan origination and loan servicing workflows, including document preparation for various commercial and consumer loans, setting up new and renewed loans in the bank computer system, and processing loan payments, payoffs, advances and loan proceeds disbursements. The implementation covered funding new loans, processing renewals, releasing collateral on paid off loans, and operational routines for account research and customer service. The deployment integrated with document management and forms tooling, specifically Doclinks for scanned closed loan storage, and LaserPro and Peirson Patterson for document assembly and forms generation, reflecting named tool use in loan operations. Meridian.NET workflows were used to coordinate loan closings with lenders, clients and title companies, and to request or order appraisals, title insurance, credit reports, flood certifications, inspections and environmental reports as part of standard loan processing. Operational governance emphasized credit tracking and the configuration of exception ticklers to monitor underwriting conditions and servicing events, together with structured procedures for coordinating third-party vendor interactions and closings. Scanning closed loans into Doclinks and centralizing collateral release processes created a controlled audit trail for loan administration and day to day servicing activities.
