In 2013, Green Light Australia implemented Access Attache Accounts. The Access Attache Accounts deployment served as the central ERP Financial accounting hub for four legal entities, Green Light Australia, The Network IT, Green Light Hong Kong and Green Light Singapore, supporting consolidated bookkeeping and month end processes across the group.
Configuration of Access Attache Accounts centered on core general ledger control, accounts receivable and invoicing workflows, and month end journal processing. The application was used to reconcile revenue and cost of goods sold figures, to support gross profit and margin tracking for consulting services and long term and short term projects, and to generate the journals used in the monthly close for each entity.
The Attache Accounting System integrated operational data from Autotask Business Management Software and the Bullhorn Database, and reconciled payroll and invoicing figures with the Astute Payroll & Invoicing System. Data exchanges included timesheet exports and invoicing inputs that fed reconciliation routines and the commission and revenue analysis models used by sales consultants and service delivery teams, creating a single source of truth for financial reporting across finance, sales, payroll and resource management functions.
Governance and workflow changes accompanied the rollout, with a monthly reconciliation model between COGS and revenue, a gross profit and margin tracker maintained in Microsoft Excel that produced month end journals for Attache, and recurring weekly and monthly cadences for stakeholder review. Operational responsibilities included preparing and investigating reconciliation differences, maintaining commissions calculation templates, assisting accounts receivable with invoice uploads to client portals and supporting audit requests, all anchored through Access Attache Accounts as the ERP Financial ledger.
