In 2021 Greentown China deployed Beisen Organization and Personnel to operationalize group-level talent review and succession efforts. The implementation supported talent review and succession planning at a ten-thousand person scale and was positioned to underpin the company strategy 2025 targets.
Beisen Organization and Personnel served as the core talent review and development system and to run systematic talent assessments, aligning assessment outputs with talent review workflows. Implemented functional capabilities included talent assessment engines, talent review and development workflows, succession mapping and talent pool management, and standardized development planning processes. These modules were configured to support recurring talent review cycles and assessment-driven candidate identification consistent with Succession and Leadership Planning practices.
Operational coverage focused on group HR and organizational planning functions, embedding the Succession and Leadership Planning application into regular people review forums and talent supply processes. Governance changes emphasized institutionalizing continuous talent supply chain practices and formalizing assessment-based selection for critical roles. The program aimed to improve internal supply for key positions and to create a normalized talent supply chain to support Greentown China strategic objectives for 2025.
