In 2023, Grid Network implemented Altres HR Symphony, Apps Category . Grid Network deployed the application to establish a centralized human resources information system supporting HR and People Operations across its Indonesia operations and its approximate 1,000 employees. The implementation focused on standard HRIS consolidation and configuration of employee master data and organizational management.
Altres HR Symphony was configured to support core HR, payroll ready data structures, time and attendance tracking, recruitment workflows, performance management, and employee and manager self service portals. Configuration included role based access controls, configurable approval chains for hiring and leave, and automation of routine HR workflows consistent with HCM class application capabilities.
