Bank connectivity and operational banking activities were formalized through EBICS T S contract implementation, account opening processes and active control of bank charges and banking powers. Governance and operational process changes centered on centralized control of banking powers, formalized bank charge monitoring, and routine cash reporting to the Financial Department. Day to day treasury continuity and role versatility were emphasized within the Treasury team to maintain operations during staff absences.
