In 2014, Groupe Doux implemented Microsoft 365 to consolidate Collaboration capabilities across its organization. Public site traces indicate Microsoft 365 is in use, positioning the application as a central platform for employee productivity and communication.
The Microsoft 365 deployment incorporated core Collaboration functionality common to the suite, including cloud email, document libraries, team-based communication, and file synchronization and sharing. In 2017 Groupe Doux implemented Kyriba Treasury to support its Treasury Management function. The deployment was adopted by the corporate Treasury and Financial Department and is documented in user activity at the Châteaulin site during late 2017 and 2018.
Kyriba Treasury was configured to support core cash and liquidity workflows, including supplier payments, bank reconciliations, day end position control and account balancing, cash flow reporting and rolling cash flow forecast updates with variance analysis. Functional coverage extended to foreign exchange hedge execution and monitoring, as well as financing operations covering factoring and drawing on bank credit lines, reflecting typical Treasury Management module usage.
The implementation was integrated with the group financial systems ecosystem, explicitly including Oracle for finance and an INTRAWEB instance identified as Factonet for receivables workflows. Bank connectivity and operational banking activities were formalized through EBICS T S contract implementation, account opening processes and active control of bank charges and banking powers.
Governance and operational process changes centered on centralized control of banking powers, formalized bank charge monitoring, and routine cash reporting to the Financial Department. Day to day treasury continuity and role versatility were emphasized within the Treasury team to maintain operations during staff absences.
